Bridge and Swap to Immutable zkEVM

Updated August 2026

  • Providers recommended byImmutable Toolkit
  • No wallet connection is required here
  • Connect only in the third-party provider app you select below
STEP 1

Choose a provider

Squid is best for changing crypto while bridging; Layerswap is best for a direct bridge.

Squid

Cross-chain routing
Best for swaps

Change the token and network

Choose Squid when you want to receive a different token on Immutable. It searches for an available cross-chain route and handles the token change along the way.

Best for
Receiving a different token
Works with
Wallets on supported networks

Swap and bridge together

RenoIMX may receive a 1% commission when you use this Squid link. Review the quoted fees and amount you'll receive before confirming.

Runs the official studio.squidrouter.com app in a window on this page. Keep this page open until your bridge completes.

Layerswap

Bridge and deposits
Bridge / exchange

Bridge directly into or out of Immutable

Choose Layerswap for a direct transfer between Immutable and another network, especially when using a supported exchange or keeping the same token.

Best for
Direct bridge or exchange deposit
Works with
Wallets or supported exchanges
Route
Same token on both networks

Layerswap can also swap on available routes. If a combined swap and bridge route is unavailable, try Squid.

Runs the official layerswap.io app in a window on this page. Keep this page open until your transfer completes.

Swap and bridge services are provided by independent third parties, Squid and Layerswap. RenoIMX does not build, own, or operate these services and does not process or hold your funds.

Search the relevant wallet on RenoIMX to view balances, explore activity, and track transactions recorded on Immutable.

STEP 2

Review and complete your transfer

Follow these steps in the provider app.

  1. 1

Open and connectChoose Squid or Layerswap above, then connect in the provider window that opens.

  2. 2

Choose source and destinationChoose the source wallet or exchange, network, and token, then choose the destination wallet, network, and token.

  3. 3

Review and confirmReview the token, source and destination networks, receiving address, amount you'll receive, estimated time, and total fees.

Before you confirm

Source and destination are correct Receiving crypto and amount are correct Wallet address and total fees are correct

Never enter your wallet recovery or seed phrase. Review the provider's final details before confirming.

How to fund your Immutable zkEVM wallet

Pick the route that matches where your crypto is now. Every route ends the same way: funds in your own wallet, ready to buy NFTs on the marketplace. Most traders get ETH on Immutable zkEVM for buying, plus a little IMX for gas.

From an exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX) with Layerswap

  1. Open Layerswap above and choose your exchange as the source.
  2. Choose Immutable zkEVM as the destination network and pick the token (ETH, USDC, or IMX).
  3. Enter your wallet address and review the quote — it shows the minimum, fees, and estimated time.
  4. Confirm and follow the exchange withdrawal steps Layerswap gives you.

No wallet is needed on the exchange side — Layerswap moves funds straight from your exchange account to your Immutable zkEVM address.

From Ethereum mainnet or another wallet

  1. Use Layerswap to keep the same token, or Squid if you also want to change tokens.
  2. Connect the wallet that holds your funds, choose Ethereum (or your chain) as source and Immutable zkEVM as destination.
  3. Review the route — transfers touching Ethereum mainnet pay Ethereum gas and can take longer; the quote shows the estimate.

Swap while you bridge, from another chain (Squid)

Holding a different token on another network? Squid finds a cross-chain route and converts along the way — for example USDC on another chain arriving as IMX on Immutable zkEVM. Gas on Immutable zkEVM is paid in IMX, so it helps to arrive with a little IMX for your first transactions.

Funding an Immutable Passport wallet

Immutable Passport is the wallet many Immutable games sign you in with. It lives on Immutable zkEVM, and you add funds the same ways: Layerswap from an exchange, or Squid from another chain — just paste your Passport address as the destination.

Important: do not send funds to your Passport address on Ethereum mainnet or any other network — Passport is an Immutable zkEVM wallet, and funds sent on other chains get stuck.

Moving on from the official Immutable marketplace?

Immutable announced in 2026 that it is winding down its own marketplace and pointing traders to third-party apps. Your NFTs stay in your wallet — nothing about ownership changes. Fund your wallet with the steps above, then keep trading on the RenoIMX marketplace.
